Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Flutter Romance Bookstore. Due to the nature of our products—including signed books, special editions, exclusive merchandise, event materials, and curated blind dates—all sales are final.

Refunds & Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases made in-store or online. Cancellations will not be honored once an order has been placed. Refunds will only be issued in the rare event of an order error or confirmed damage, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. (Photos and order details may be required.)


Damaged or Missing Items:

If your item arrives damaged or is missing from your order: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at flutterboostore@gmail.com .We’ll do our best to make it right, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case-by-case.


Unclaimed Orders (Pickup):

If your order was for in-store pickup and you are unable to collect: Items will be held for 2 weeks after notification. After 2 weeks, unclaimed orders will be reshelved or donated without refund.


Shipping options are available upon request (shipping costs apply).

Event Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our event planning, we have established the following no-show policy.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.


No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.


Book Pickup:

If the event includes a book(s), and the registrant does not attend:


The book/material will be held for 2 weeks following the event.

Pickup can be done during store hours or we can ship the book with paid shipping cost. (Pay for Shipping)


After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will be reshelved or reassigned without refund.

Payment and Delivery

Orders can be shipped or picked upped in store. We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping prices may fluctuate.

Store Pickup

Orders will be available for pickup within 2 business days of ordering. Orders will be reshelved after 2 weeks, without refund, unless other arrangements have been made.


Shipping & Payment Info

Orders ship in 3–8 business days—packed with love, of course.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and you’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are in USD.


Orders with Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you’d like your available items shipped sooner, additional shipping costs may apply. Please email flutterbookstore@gmail.com for details.

Add gift wrap at checkout! We’ll dress it up in butcher paper, stickers, and bookish swag—just like our blind dates.
