Originally from the US, Chiara Forestieri is a single mother of two [not-so] tiny little love muffins (a 17-year-old and a three-year-old, as of 2023) that spends her days taking care of her small family, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai [with the grace of a failing inflatable tube man], pouring her heart and soul into creative and entrepreneurial endeavors, such as this book.

All with varying degrees of success, of course. Ranging from ‘well, at least no one died’ to ‘have you lost your mind?’


Currently, she lives in wonderful London praying desperately for sunshine and warm weather. And while many of her prayers have been answered, this one is most often not.
