Once Upon a Market – Vendor Application Open!

Flutter Romance Bookstore is excited to host Once Upon a Market, a magical vendor fair celebrating all things bookish, romantic, and whimsical. We’re searching for vendors whose products will delight romance readers and book lovers of all kinds.


We are especially seeking:

✨Bookish merchandise (candles, mugs, bookmarks, apparel, etc.)

✨Romance and fantasy-inspired art, crafts, and gifts

✨Authors, indie publishers, and book-related businesses

✨Local artisans with products that tie into the cozy, magical, or romantic theme


📍 Location: Flutter Romance Bookstore, Austin, TX

📅 Date & Time: Sunday, October 12th | 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

💖 Audience: Romance readers, fantasy lovers, and the bookish community

💲 Vendor Fee: $50 per spot

Not all vendors will be accepted—we want a variety of offerings for our attendees. All vendors must have a valid sales permit to participate.

VIOLET CROWN PREORDER

On September 20, Flutter Romance Bookstore will be at the Southern Belle's Violet Crown Signing Event in Round Rock. Tickets are sold out, but some attending authors will be stopping by the store on Friday and Sunday, so be sure to keep to keep your eye out for more information!

Payment and Delivery

Orders can be shipped or picked upped in store. We ship within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping prices may fluctuate.

Store Pickup

Orders will be available for pickup within 2 business days of ordering. Orders will be reshelved after 2 weeks, without refund, unless other arrangements have been made.


Shipping & Payment Info

Orders ship in 3–8 business days—packed with love, of course.

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and you’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are in USD.


Orders with Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you’d like your available items shipped sooner, additional shipping costs may apply. Please email flutterbookstore@gmail.com for details.

Add gift wrap at checkout! We’ll dress it up in butcher paper, stickers, and bookish swag—just like our blind dates.

Event Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our event planning, we have established the following no-show policy:

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.


No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.


Book Pickup:

If the event includes a book(s), and the registrant does not attend:


The book/material will be held for 2 weeks following the event.

Pickup can be done during store hours or we can ship the book with paid shipping cost. (Pay for Shipping)


After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will be reshelved or reassigned without refund.
